We guarantee our service as long as any complaints are made within 24 hrs. and you keep your service on a regular schedule
If you stop your service for over a month, the first time cleaning fee will be required to restart your service
If the office does not receive a cancellation at least 24 hrs. in advance, we reserve the right to change a cancellation fee of $25.00 or $30.00 during holidays.
Your payment is dependant upon the frequency of your service (for example, if you have the service weekly and you cancel one time, your next appointment will be an every other week quote)
If you pay by the month, please make sure to send or leave the payment no later than the 15th day of next month. Any payment received after the 25th of the month will be charged a $25.00 late fee.
